Our usual processing time takes 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, or shipping time). We have the right to extend our processing time if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, especially during holiday seasons. You will automatically receive an email confirmation after placing your order. Once your order ships, you will be sent another email containing your tracking information, so you can track down your own order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If for any reason we sell out of an item you have purchased we will contact you immediately to sort out the issue. (this is why it’s important to provide us your correct phone number and email).

ISANMATE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
